Stroking the tummy gently in a clockwise circular motion while keeping your palms flat Walk your fingertips clockwise in a circular motion on the tummy Draw the letter “n” on your baby’s tummy Gently bend your baby’s knees to the chest, back and forth
Repeat these strokes consistently several times daily.
