Breathing TIPs For Moms When Feeling Stress Out
Baby is a master of sensing your emotions and energy. Whenever you are nervous, your baby may feel the same way too.
Here are some breathing tips for new moms when you are stressed out while soothing your crying baby:
😮💨 Close your eyes.
😮💨 Inhale for 4 counts and hold your breathe for 4 counts.
😮💨 Exhale for 4 counts.
😮💨 Empty your thoughts and allow yourself to breathe steadily and deeply.
😮💨 Repeat this exercise until both of you are calm.
😮💨 Don’t be too harsh on yourself if you cannot concentrate. Restart by taking a deep breath.
